<\/p>\n
Physical theatre is a really accessible form of theatre, where language, or lack of it, is not a barrier as the story is mostly told through physical means. \u00a0It is closely linked to choreography and other physical art forms such as mime and circus:\u00a0the unifying aspect is a “reliance on physical motion of the performers rather than or combined with text to convey the story”.<\/p>\n
Stories are communicated by performers through\u00a0hand gestures, body language, thought tracking and many more physical features. \u00a0This makes it great as an introduction to the theatre and as a way of enabling everyone, irrespective of age or health to join in.<\/p>\n

The workshop will last under 2 hours and we would be interested to get people’s opinions about running a workshop such as this more regularly at Sticks.<\/p>\n
