“I studied Product Design and photography at Portsmouth College of Art & Design (1979-83). My father was a professional photographer and had his own business in Fareham . Most of my professional life was working for museums. I was a Collections Officer responsible for the Historic Camera and Military collections in Winchester.
I am now back into taking photographs which are now more than ‘happy snaps’ or information collecting.
I enjoy taking abstract images or turning a photograph into one. I take photographs of images which I can turn later into something more interesting. Architecture is another subject I like to photograph in its many guises.”
